Anna Maria Chlumsky (born Anna Maria Chlumsky) is an American actor from the United States. Her acting career began in her early years and became known as Vada Schultenfuss from My Girl 2 and My Girl. She took a hiatus between 1999 and 2005, in order to go to the college. Anna Chlumsky was born on December 3, 1980, in Chicago Illinois to Nancy and Frank Chlumsky Jr. Her father was previously an airline attendant as was her mother, a chef by profession. Although her mother sings and act, her dad is also an accomplished musician, a saxophonist. As a 10 month old girl, she was a model for Marshall Fields advertisements. She was brought up by her mother who was a single parent after her parents separated at the age of two. As she reached the age of 10 months, old, Marshall Field used her as a child-model for their commercials.
