Molly grew up in Pennsylvania and began to work professionally as a teenager at Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater. Her debut professional show was The Snow Queen. She played Little Red Ridinghood shortly after in the Arden Theater s Into the Woods production in which she won a Barrymore Award nomination. Molly was able to reprise the role in her Broadway debut at 15 in Into the Woods on Broadway in 2002 and was nominated for a Drama League Award. Molly also appeared on Broadway for the production of Fiddler on the Roof. After that, she went to Princeton University and was a part of the Triangle Club. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in 2008. In Religion. In college, she was the first actress to make her debut on stage as a character in Disney College Road Trip playing Wendy Greenhut. After graduating Molly performed in several Off-Broadway shows, such as End Days at Ensemble Studio Theater as well as in a few TV shows, including Royal Pains and an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly participated part of the 2008 Barrington Stage Company production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and in Westport Country Playhouse's 2010 performance of The Diary of Anne Frank in which she played Anne. Molly is best known for her role in the 2010 movie Paranormal Activity 2 in which she is the teenage daughter Ali and the ABC comedy created by Jack Burditt, and featuring Tim Allen entitled Last Man Standing
